These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OnboardFlow.ai website and the AI-powered lead generation, voice receptionist, SMS automation, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by OnboardFlow.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, scheduling a demo, or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Services

OnboardFlow.ai provides AI-powered revenue and lead generation systems for home service contractors, including but not limited to: missed-call text-back automation, AI Voice Receptionist call answering, AI SEO and local ranking, Google Business Profile optimization, lead-capture websites, and reputation/review management. Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope for each Service tier are outlined on our pricing page and in your service agreement.

2. Pricing & Billing

Service pricing is listed on our website and may change without notice. Current subscription tiers include a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly billing. By subscribing to a Service, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in writing.

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting on our forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from OnboardFlow.ai, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us. If you are a client using our SMS-based Services (such as missed-call text-back), you are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained proper consent from your own customers before we send messages on your behalf, and for complying with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements. OnboardFlow.ai is not liable for messages sent to recipients who have not provided proper consent by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current business and contact information
• Grant necessary access to platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, website, calendar) as needed
• Obtain consent from your customers for any SMS or call communications we send on your behalf
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services
• Respond to leads and booked appointments in a timely, professional manner

5. No Guaranteed Results

While we use industry best practices to improve your lead generation, call answering, search rankings, and reputation, we do not guarantee specific results, including a particular number of leads, calls, bookings, revenue, or search ranking positions. Results depend on many factors, including market conditions, competition, and your business's responsiveness.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided by OnboardFlow.ai remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, client-facing deliverables (such as websites built for the client) are transferred to the client for their use, excluding underlying proprietary tools, templates, and third-party licensed components.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to make timely payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnboardFlow.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (such as SMS carriers, calendar providers, and search engines). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, and their terms may also apply to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maryland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
